Position Summary:  

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing –Senior Manager of Marketing SmallBusiness will be responsible for developing upstream marketing strategies,plans, and initiatives to successfully differentiate ADT’s products andservices and increase the company’s leading market share in an evolving andcompetitive marketplace

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies plans and initiatives for Small Business to drive lead generation and generate qualified prospects for the sales organization
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing Channel Managers to develop marketing tactics to drive sales growth and revenue enhancement – develop channel-specific marketing strategies including key activities and budgets to support acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
  • Manage pricing, positioning, selling and promotional strategies for existing products and solutions to drive product line growth for the BU
  • Develop demand generation campaigns, integrating traditional and digital tactics including campaign calendar planning and ROI analysis
  • Partner with cross functional leaders (field sales/NSC/Dealer) to ensure optimization of leads/sales throughout the sales funnel
  • Internal liaison responsible for communicating all channel programs, promotion and lead generation activities
  • Develop key metrics and reporting to ensure BU success, including campaign performance to show what worked and what was less effective for different markets and audiences
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to develop branding and messaging architecture for Small Business portfolio of products & services
  • Contribute to the development of 3-year strategic plans and annual operating/marketing plans
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to managing direct response marketing preferably in a Telco, Cable or another recurring revenue type industry. Experience in the security industry is an asset
  • Strong influencer; having worked previously in a matrix organization
  • High level of creativity with a strong attention to detail is expected.
  • Clear thinker able to think strategically and translate into action. 
  • Decisive - must be able to successfully convert analysis to action and growth. 
  • Strong technical skills, analytical, good judgment, problem solving & operational focus. 
  • Previous experience managing budgets
  • Able to assimilate & interpret market information
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Excellent and experienced presenter
