Position Summary

A Field Support Services Representative is responsible for delivering operational support. We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals with strong analytical and data entry skills who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process a variety of activities associated with sales order management, MASterMind account preparation and transactional support

  • Perform due diligence on all transactions and sales orders Assist with special projects as needed

  • Hours of operation vary due to business needs

Education:
  • Minimum High school graduation, ideally supplemented with customer service related studies and/or work related experience.

Experience:

  • Experience with AS400, MAStermind and CRM preferred
  • General knowledge of ADT Policies, procedures and processes

Skills:

  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills Extensive Microsoft Office/computer skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment Excellent organization skills/attention to detail

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills [45 wpm+]

  • Excellent Bilingual verbal and written communication skills required (French/English)
