Summary:

In the assigned territory, sell services and product upgrades to customers who had previously cancelled an ADT system while achieving sales and service quotas and following established guidelines.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects using creative lead generation techniques
  • Present the features and benefits of our products and services to prospects in comparison to our competitors
  • Respect the rules and procedures related to ADT products, services and programs
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Prepare contracts for signing
  • Complete all documentation in accordance to approved, standardized procedures
  • After the installation, follow up with the customer to ensure that expectations were met and get customer referrals
  • Maintain customer loyalty by ensuring satisfaction


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Sales experience preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Must be very skilled in communication, negotiation and time management
  • Must be versatile, persistent, action-oriented and focused on personal relationships
  • Customer-focused, problem solver able to find solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Ambitious, results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive
