Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for planning, managing and controlling all SMB sales activities in the region. He/she will develop, motivate and help the sales team achieve business objectives. Finally, he/she will maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, internal partners and other stakeholders.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of SMB sales advisors
  • Continually improve the team’s sales performance by accompanying them on the road
  • Generate referrals for advisors by regularly developing and supporting partnerships
  • Encourage and stimulate self-generated sales
  • Monitor performance to evaluate activities and results in a consistent and diligent manner
  • Organize and participate in regional development on a daily basis
  • Help plan and organize various promotional events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
  • Manage human resources:
    • Recruitment and selection
    • Integration, training, coaching and development
    • Team work approach
    • Performance evaluation
    • Discipline management
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and share with team
  • Implement, share and apply company policies, procedures and programs
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned by the immediate manager.


  • CEGEP diploma in administration or related field
  • Certificate in administration (asset)


  • Two years’ experience in sales or related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience managing a sales team


  • Bilingual (French,English) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Leadership
  • Shares knowledge and provides coaching easily
  • Comfortable building and capitalizing on strategic partnerships
  • Problem solving
  • Analytical mind
  • Good judgement
  • Team spirit
  • Comfortable using software tools


Vehicle and valid driver’s licence
