Riverside is seeking someone who has experience installing low voltage systems. EXPERIENCED LEVEL Electrician in the Grand Rapids area. Must be a Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician or have a Fire Alarm Specialty License.
**SIGN- ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE – TO BE DISCUSSED AT TIME OF HIRE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation of fire alarms, card access systems, camera systems and other low voltage systems.
- Attending and completing training programs as requested.
- Read blueprints
- Lead Installation Team to the completion of projects
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/Vocational Training
- Must pass a federal background check & drug screen
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License (required)
- Excellent attendance record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic knowledge of computers and networking
- EST Fire Alarm Programming/Experience a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to climb up and carry ladders (some extension ladders up to 40ft)
- Ability to use an aerial lift License/Certification
- Ability to carry wire spools up to 50 lbs.
