(SPEECH) Knowing that I have possibly saved somebody’s life means the world to me. So, yes, I’m happy that I’m one of the people that can be there for them in those situations. We have so many scenarios of family, a young man was having a graduation party in a house full of kids, and they went to sleep, and a carbon monoxide detector went off.
And of course, no smell, nobody knows. But thank god ADT picked up that signal, and we were able to get, I believe it was 12 people, out of that home before anything happened to them. And that’s just the best feeling knowing that we were able to get them out of that home, and they weren’t affected, and they were happy we were there for them as well. So I think it just works on both sides. I don’t think you can give me anything else– money, anything. Just knowing that I made a customer’s day or just made them feel safe, that’s the best thing you can give me.

Overview of hiring experience
Apply online. We’ll review your information, and you’ll hear from us within 2 business days.
An online assessment is sent via email and will take 30–45-minutes to complete. You’ll hear from us within 3 business days of completing your assessment.
A recruiter will reach out to schedule a conversation. If there is mutual interest, you’ll interview with the hiring team as quickly as schedules allow.
If selected after the final interview, a recruiter will present a job offer.
Upon offer being extended and accepted, you will agree upon a start date and complete ADT’s background process.
You are there for customers when they need it most. Making both outbound alarm calls and inbound alarm callbacks to our customers, you verify alarm activity and provide reset instructions — and if necessary, you dispatch the proper authorities while notifying responsible parties.
You answer calls from new and existing customers who are interested in purchasing our safety and smart home services, determine their needs, finalize the sale, and schedule the installation appointments with our Smart Home Consultants.
