Sr. Financial Analyst – Subscriber Economics (Job 3014586)

Summary:
The Sr. Analyst of Subscriber Economics will part of a 2-person team providing business leaders with visibility into economic drivers of value across the lifecycle of our subscriber base. This team aggregates data from disparate environments and constructs Customer Lifetime Value models that underpin all facets of the business: customer acquisition, recurring revenue streams, costs for ongoing service, upgrades/changes in the services provided, the expected lifetime of the customer, etc. These models form the basis for financial analysis and evaluation of a wide array of business decisions, both tactical and strategic in nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own/standardize the economic models used throughout the consumer-facing business to measure profitability, support business cases, and drive decisions.
- Formalize the process by which inputs and assumptions into subscriber economic models are updated.
- Evaluate value creation performance across the consumer landscape and identify opportunities to attack.
- In collaboration with IT and other functions, establish and administer an operational reporting and analytics capability through the systematic assignment of lifetime value estimates to relevant transactions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and coaching/oversight to functional/operational finance teams across the enterprise regarding economic modeling.
- Manage the modeled allocation of cost and revenue across meaningful dimensions, including but not limited to lines of business, customer segments, risk profiles, products/solutions, and sales channels.
- Deliver subscriber economics models on an appropriate cadence, complete with insights, variances, and trends.

Work Experience:
- 7+ years of directly related experience.
- Experience in a recurring revenue, direct-to-consumer business model is highly preferred.
Education / Certification:
- Minimum BS / BSE (preferably in a field conducive to business management such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.).
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The salary range for this role is $64,035-$128,069 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
The anticipated application end date will be 12/16/24.
This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at either our Boca Raton, FL, Irving, TX, Brisbane, CA. or Blue Bell, PA. location. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
