Join ADT as a Senior Engineering Manager and lead the teams behind our iOS, Android, and ambient touchscreen applications. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and user-centric mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 10–15 engineers (full-time and contractors), fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Drive Execution: Oversee the full development lifecycle of mobile projects—from concept to release—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor & Grow Talent: Provide technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback to help engineers reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, UX/UI, operations, and security teams to align on goals and deliver seamless mobile experiences.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, and monitoring to maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications.
  • Strategize & Prioritize: Work with leadership to define roadmaps, allocate resources, and balance short-term goals with long-term platform stability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering mobile applications at scale.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for mentoring and building diverse, inclusive teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $131,200 – $196,800 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
