Summary:

ADT is redefining what it means to protect and connect what matters most — at home, at work, and on the go. As Senior Director of Product Management for ADT Monitoring, you will own and evolve the heartbeat of our business: the 24/7 monitoring platform that protects millions of customers. You will be a lead PM to modernize our central station systems, drive product strategy across alarm ingestion, routing, dispatch, video verification, and operator tooling, and partner closely with engineering, operations, AI/ML, and compliance teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Own and articulate the long-term vision for ADT’s monitoring platform.
    • Build and evolve a roadmap across MMB (Monitoring Management Base), telephony, dispatch, and operator experience.
    • Champion innovation in AI-driven signal triage, video alarm verification, and ASAP to PSAP expansion.
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Central Station Ops, Training, and Security teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
    • Drive go-to-market readiness, change management, and feature adoption across thousands of operators.
  • Customer & Operator Voice
    • Serve as the voice of the operator and the first responder — deeply understand their workflows, tools, and challenges.
    • Use insights, data, and testing to reduce false alarms, speed up dispatch, and improve safety outcomes.
  • Execution Excellence
    • Drive the delivery of features and enhancements with strong attention to reliability, uptime, and observability.
    • Champion QA, training, documentation, and support across all launches.

Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in 24/7 operations, mission-critical systems, or security-related products.
  • Strong understanding of central station operations, alarm signal flows, or dispatch systems (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage platform products (e.g., workflow engines, internal tools, integrations).
  • Experience working with AI/ML or automation in operational workflows a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving IT, ops, and engineering.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap storytelling skills.

Why ADT?

  • Join a mission-driven company protecting millions of homes and businesses.
  • Work with scale: 6 monitoring centers, thousands of operators, millions of signals daily.
  • Shape the future of professional monitoring using cloud, AI, and human-first design.
