Summary:

As an ADT Senior Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and third parties, to develop and enhance our products. You will prioritize understanding customer needs and pain points, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring value to ADT and drive customer satisfaction. We seek entrepreneurial Product Managers who can drive innovation and execute product initiatives swiftly and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization to align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide teams through key project milestones.
  • Plan, initiate, and oversee hardware projects, managing the development of hardware and firmware to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams to support past, current, and future product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in project goals and progress.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data to inform product decisions, optimize features, and conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience of hardware and devices product management experience.
    • Be able to show measurable impact on product definition, product lifecycle management, and product launch
    • Cross functional collaboration with engineering, finance, sales, design, marketing.
  • Strong exec-audience communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products that are ready for market release.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and laser focused on prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with launching hardware devices.
  • MBA
  • Prior people management experience

The salary range for this role is $128,000 -$182,000 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
