What You’ll Do:
ADT is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Salesforce Sales Cloud to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. You will shape and drive the tools that power our national sales teams – optimizing lead management, opportunity workflows, pipeline forecasting, and customer lifecycle engagement. Your work will directly impact agent experience, sales performance, and business transformation.
You’ll partner closely with sales leaders, operations, marketing, pricing, finance, legal, architects, and IT to align business needs with scalable Salesforce capabilities. This role requires a strong mix of systems thinking, business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action.
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements that improve sales agent experience and drive measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with sales leaders, operations, marketing, pricing, finance, legal, architects, and IT to align business needs with scalable Salesforce capabilities.
- Own and maintain the Sales Cloud roadmap, ensuring alignment with product vision, business strategy, and ROI.
- Gather requirements and create user stories through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prioritize backlog items, plan iterations, and actively participate in SAFe Agile Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Define end-to-end user experiences and document critical process flows and data integration needs.
- Lead product development and testing efforts in partnership with Product Owners and Solution Architects.
- Align Sales Cloud enhancements with broader enterprise platform initiatives to ensure seamless system integration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Sales Cloud usage across phone, field, and digital sales channels.
- Analyze user engagement, adoption, and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion user testing, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional readiness for releases.
- Develop visuals, user journeys, and communication tools to support stakeholder alignment and feature adoption.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of residential and small business sales lifecycles, balancing simplicity, compliance, and customer experience.
- Track post-launch performance and adoption to measure impact and inform future enhancements.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of Product or Program Management experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, with a proven track record of using out-of-box features to drive adoption, efficiency, and better sales performance.
- Strong experience working with sales teams and improving the sales agent experience through technology.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to move between strategic vision and technical detail.
- Skilled in prioritizing and sequencing work in alignment with business impact.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Advanced) and related Sales Cloud tools.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
- Advanced understanding of IT system architecture and enterprise system dependencies.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $118,400 – $177,600 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
