Position Summary

Responsible for recruiting and developing new partnerships that leverage the ADT Regional and National Dealers growth opportunities. Must have a hunter’s mentality to identifying active alarm resellers and non‑industry prospects that drive growth into the dealer channel. Work with Sr. Manager National Partnerships, to deliver best in class opportunities and transition these opportunities to our participating dealers. Drive development through your industry experience and present new growth opportunities and new program development to improve the programs as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential National Partner Program (NPP) candidates.
  2. Have a HUNTER’S mentality in your approach to uncover large opportunities that drive business into our dealer channel.
  3. Focus on the home services industry, such as mortgage, credit unions, insurance carriers, cable/internet suppliers, etc.
  4. Work to develop a Regional Partnership Program (RPP) and make the introductions to our larger regional dealer partners.
  5. Thoroughly evaluate and understand the candidates’ processes, capabilities, experience, and synergies that could make them a viable NPP candidate.
  6. Develop relationships with the ADT Dealer base that qualify to participate in the NPP.
  7. Must have the ability to evaluate and make recommendations as to the best fit for dealers and partners.
  8. Identifies potential enhancements and process improvements to the NPP to drive new partners opportunities.
  9. Recruit new partners presently acting as alarm resellers and non-industry prospects.
  10. Develops and leverages the training and programs to keep our partners engaged and growing.
  11. Provides strategic counsel to business partners (dealers and others) on operational issues as well as actively participates in developing business opportunities for new partner.
  12. Represent ADT’s NPP at all relevant trade shows and events.
  13. Ensures that all partners and their operations comply with corporate compliance policies and operating philosophies/procedures.
  14. Facilitates communication of program protocol, program changes, and “rules of engagement” to business partners and Dealers.
  15. Works with Sr. Manager of NPP to develop a core offer package for competitive programs coming to ADT,
  16. Prepare reports for Sr. Manager National; Partnerships, to show weekly activity and opportunity summaries.
  17. Ensures that business decisions are based upon sound judgments and meet business requirements.

Qualifications – External/Internal

Education/Certification:

  • College degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of security industry experience.
  • Must be self-starter willing to go above and beyond to develop a lead pipeline.
  • Have a track record of selling and developing partnerships.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals.
  • Successful presentations and relationship building skills.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). In addition, has successfully demonstrated the following competencies:

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 a year and is based on experience and qualifications as well as Quarterly Bonus. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
