Summary:

The Engineer II on the DevSecOps team supports secure software delivery by assisting with CI/CD pipeline security, vulnerability monitoring, infrastructure as code maintenance, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure compliance with security standards and operational best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing security best practices across CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support the integration of security tools into development workflows (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and assist in remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to improve secure coding practices.
  • Help maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Automate repetitive security and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience with engineering security environments,
  • Working knowledge of multiple tools such as Otterbot, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools
  • Passion for exploring new ways to test development security.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management at a home security company.

Work Model:

ADT is transitioning to a primarily in-office work model, with a minimum of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in Blue Bell (1 Valley Square, Suite 100, Blue Bell, PA 19422). This model will be implemented at a later date. In the interim, new team members should expect to work onsite as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $65,200 – $121,200 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
