Share a bit about your career journey and how you came to work at ADT

I joined ADT over four years ago as a Senior Analyst focused on third-party partnerships. I wanted to strengthen my reporting and analytics skills while building more experience in cultivating and managing partnerships, especially with my background in loyalty programs. In 2024, I was promoted to Operations Manager, focusing on business development, and in 2025, I transitioned into Sourcing and Procurement. My time at ADT has been full of growth, and I’m proud of my ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to new challenges.

Share a bit about yourself, your purpose and what drives you both personally and professionally

In both my personal and professional life, I’m always focused on creating great experiences. Personally, I love curating events for friends and family to make sure everyone feels welcome and has a good time. Professionally, I strive to be collaborative and work seamlessly with both internal and external teams to drive success.

What are the key responsibilities in your role, and how do they contribute to ADT’s overall business growth and innovation?

One of my strengths is my ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail, along with finding the answers needed to move projects forward. My role involves reviewing our current systems to identify areas where we can improve or enhance efficiency, all while contributing to our bigger goals.

What do you enjoy most about your job? About working at ADT?

What I love most is the people I work with. Even though we’re spread out across different states and time zones, we always find ways to stay connected. I also really appreciate ADT’s culture of growth—professional development is a big priority here, and it’s something that’s regularly discussed during goal reviews with managers.

What has been one of the most memorable or impactful moments in your career at ADT?

A highlight for me is the holiday traditions we have each year—decorating pumpkins and gingerbread houses together. It’s such a fun way to bond with colleagues, and it really helps create a positive and supportive work environment.

In your role, how do you align marketing and customer strategy with the overarching business goals of ADT, especially as the company evolves to meet consumer expectations in a digital-first world?

Although my role isn’t directly customer-facing, I focus on improving internal systems and processes. My goal is to identify opportunities that make our operations more efficient and ensure we’re aligned with the company’s bigger objectives.

How do you see ADT evolving in the next few years, and what role do you hope to play in that evolution?

I see ADT continuing to lead not just in security, but also in technology. We’re always looking for new ways to serve our customers through innovative products and services, and I believe this growth will only continue.
