ADT’s summer corporate Internship Program provides meaningful work, networking opportunities, and a clear path to join the company in a full-time position.
As an ADT intern, you’ll be given many opportunities to develop professionally. You’ll learn more about our brand, attend regular professional development sessions, interact with a mentor and be immersed in our inclusive diversity and belonging groups. You’ll complete a capstone project and present to leaders across the company. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in social activities with other interns and colleagues.
If you sit on-site at the Boca Raton headquarters, you’ll also have access to amenities such as a corporate fitness center, discounts at the on-site hair and nail salon, car wash, Starbucks coffee, and on-site cafe serving breakfast and lunch.

Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) are groups of team members who create a positive work environment by actively contributing to our commitment to making our workplace more inclusive for all employees. BERGs will allow you to connect with other team members, outreach with your community, develop as a leader, and positively impact our company.

Professional development
Your professional development matters, which is why our internship program is centered around just that. We admire your desire to take ownership of your career at its early stages and will provide you with an experience that allows you to work on a variety of tasks while receiving applicable feedback along the way – helping you grow in your desired field.
Mentorship
At ADT, we work as one team. You’ll be supported through mentorship that includes hands on support and coaching from your direct manager. You’ll also be paired with other ADT employees who will collaborate with you, provide other learning and development opportunities, and talk career pathing – setting you up for success.
Capstone project and presentation opportunity
You will have the opportunity to show the culmination of your internship learning experience by presenting a capstone project that is an overview of your 10-week experience and sharing your new knowledge of the industry. This experience allows you to gain valuable presentation skills, network with experienced leaders, and receive constructive feedback.
Social activities
As part of your internship experience, you will have the opportunity to network with our industry professionals, along with other interns, in both in-person and virtual activities.
