ADT Senior Manager, Culture & Corporate Communications

Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager, Culture & Corporate Communications, you will create and drive communications and engagement programs that transform, grow, and scale ADT’s brand messaging, core values, and business priorities.

You will work collaboratively with key business partners and executive stakeholders across the organization to create inspiring and engaging internal and external communications that drive awareness and understanding of our strategic business priorities and transformation programs, shape culture, and build communities through compelling content and engaging stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Marketing & HR Communications Strategy:

  • Develop and execute marketing-focused, integrated communications and engagement programs that align with ADT’s strategic business priorities
  • Serve as a resource across the communications team to ensure message alignment and consistency across all audiences, including customers and employees.
  • Drive brand storytelling and strategy of key marketing activities including program/product launches, marketing campaigns, and events.

Drive Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Develop and implement communications strategies for employee engagement that drive company goals, shape culture, and build community.
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance on messaging, channels, and creative content approaches to drive engagement and employee action.
  • Develop employee experience programs and campaigns that highlight our stories, recognize individuals and teams, and promote cultural values and behaviors.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to create emotional, relevant, and impactful internal and external content that drive ADT’s priorities including video storytelling, internal newsletters, brand campaigns, corporate events, and sports sponsorships.
  • Provide creative direction for marketing and HR materials including messaging, collateral development, and digital strategies.

Executive and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Design and produce executive visibility programs that turn business priorities into compelling narratives, frameworks, and creative storytelling concepts.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver executive content including written communications, event speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, journalism, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic communications plans.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling content.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video production.
  • Experience in managing internal and external communications in a corporate environment.

Location:

  • This is a hybrid position, reporting three times a week to our corporate offices in Boca Raton, FL
