POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of functions, including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Invoicing, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Payroll, Vendor Management, Warehouse Oversight, Tool & Equipment tracking, and coordination as needed with other areas of our organization to develop and implement business strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Four years of recent relevant work experience, preferably in the Construction industry
- General knowledge/understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Billing/invoicing experience
- MS Excel and Word skills
- SAGE/Peachtree Accounting experience helpful
