Analytics Internship Opportunity at ADT
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Format: In-Person Monday – Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*

About the Program:
At ADT our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.
Areas of Focus:
As an Analytics intern at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:
Data Analytics: Conduct exploratory analysis of dataset structures and patterns using statistical techniques and visualization tools. Connect data insights with business outcomes and communicate findings.
Automation: Assist in designing and building automation workflows using tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Help integrate various systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
Machine Learning: Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of machine learning models and projects. May assist with training various algorithms and deep learning models on datasets.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
What Will Set You Apart:
- Active involvement in a student club or organization related to your major.
- Ability to interpret and manipulate large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data modeling software, Excel, and familiarity with statistical and economic modeling techniques and tools.
- Proficiency with programming languages and familiarity with version control systems.
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
