About the Program:
At ADT our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.
Areas of Focus:
As a Finance Intern at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas:
- Operations Finance: Perform financial analysis, automate reporting processes using tools like Microsoft Power BI, and lead cost-saving initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to present financial findings to senior leadership.
- Pricing Strategy: Assist with revising product portfolios, introducing financing options for sales channels, and supporting the transition from Sterling CPQ to Salesforce CPQ (SFCPQ). Your work will contribute to pricing strategies that drive business growth.
- Financial Data Analysis: Design and build financial dashboards that visualize key metrics and trends to support decision-making processes.
- Finance Business Partner Support: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate financial tracking.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Active involvement in a finance-focused student club or organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas and functions, and pivot tables.
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance, pricing, or operations.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31
