Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Billing Engineer to support ADT’s monitoring organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their SQL development expertise and extensive accounts receivable knowledge to enhance our operations.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of IT business processes, perform needs assessments, and execute preliminary cost/benefit analyses. Your insights will help align technology solutions with our business delivery initiatives.
Key responsibilities include building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing ADT’s infrastructure, network, and applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply high-level understanding of the organization’s business systems and industry requirements.
- Responsible for data reconciliations between
- Monitoring and billing platforms
- Monitoring and third-party services
- Actively participate in requirement definition, technical architecture review, iterative development, code review, and operations.
- Code, test, and debug enhancements to existing systems.
- Development and management of initiatives that bring existing data into compliance with data standards.
- Develop and maintain process for integration of data from diverse platforms into ADT platforms.
- Help isolate and remediate problems.
- Produce deliverables related to assigned projects; assist in post-implementation support.
- Solid technical knowledge of professional software applications.
- Maintain a knowledge database to enhance the quality of problem resolution, as well as within a team setting, share information and assist others.
- Serve as liaison between the business and IT to create and document solution designs, focusing on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions related to current and future business environments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for extracting and analyzing monitoring, servicing, and billing data from the GCP Data Warehouse, MAStermind or other environments as requested by the business.
Requirements:
- Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced professional knowledge of Monitoring, Operations, and/or Accounts Receivable and associated data structures.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Intermediate knowledge of SSIS.
- Intermediate knowledge of GCP and BiqQuery.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories in own discipline, with extensive knowledge of principles and concepts in other functions.
- Intermediate SQL.
- Intermediate analytical skills.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite including skills for queries, crosstab queries, pivot tables, pivot charts.
- Intermediate knowledge of MAStermind Business
- Advise senior management on issues as they pertain to larger organizational issues/business initiatives.

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
