About the Role:
As a Workstation Support Intern at ADT, you will be responsible for managing IT and AV operations for large-scale events, as well as providing IT support for ADT personnel, including members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This internship will provide hands-on experience in delivering technical solutions, maintaining AV setups, and troubleshooting workstation issues in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to work independently, communicate effectively, and remain organized while managing multiple tasks. This role will give you the opportunity to develop technical and operational skills while working closely with key personnel across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT/AV Operations for Events: Manage IT and AV operations for large-scale events, ensuring smooth execution and technical reliability.
- IT Support for ADT Personnel: Provide IT support for ADT personnel, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
- On-the-Go Problem Solving: Think and act quickly while on the move, ensuring timely resolution of IT and AV challenges.
- Maintain Discretion: Handle sensitive tasks with the utmost discretion, especially when working with ELT members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT and AV systems, troubleshooting, and workstation support.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaboration and support.
- Organization: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, handling tasks with minimal supervision.

- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of discretion and accuracy when working on tasks involving ELT members.

Additional Details:
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Friday.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31, 2025.
