GTM Growth Strategy Internship Opportunity at ADT
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Format: In-Person Monday – Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*

Role Overview:
As a GTM (Go-to-Market) Growth Strategy Intern at ADT, you will support key initiatives that shape ADT’s long-term vision, focusing on strategies around where to play, how to win, and the capabilities required to make a significant industry impact. You’ll develop and execute critical GTM strategies, translate field operations initiatives into actionable plans, and drive innovative solutions for transforming commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiative Ownership: Lead key GTM initiatives, including developing strategy, defining business cases, and creating frameworks to execute and track short-term and long-term business results.
- Field Operations Alignment: Translate strategic and operational initiatives into actionable criteria that various teams can execute on, ensuring alignment with ADT’s growth goals.
- Business Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns, root causes, and trends affecting business and field strategies. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Process Transformation: Partner with stakeholders to drive recommendations and implement innovative solutions to optimize commercial operations and processes.

Additional Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31, 2025.
