Summary:
The Senior Analyst will provide financial support for various sales and sales support groups by analyzing trends and performance against targets and by measuring efficiency of investment. He/she will extract and analyze data across various platforms and create management reports to provide insight to the business. The position will be responsible for modelling business scenarios to help identify and track opportunities for the business. The position will support headcount and expense management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze performance against key strategic initiatives while challenging assumptions.
- Oversee month-end close processes. Track and investigate variances versus budget, forecast and prior period results for selling expenses, headcount and T&E.
- Drive a monthly performance review process for selling expenses.
- Support sales operations and training teams with key financial insight.
- Prepare, review, and distribute financial and sales performance reports.
- Coordinate and drive process improvements including report automation by leveraging technologies including Tableau.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models.
- Coordinate with IT on modifications of system requirements to accurately report operational metrics. Included in this is the QA process, on-going validation of results, and communicating variances to stakeholders.
Work Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and consolidation, preferably in a matrixed corporate environment.
- Proficient in financial modeling with ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide concise explanations for variances and trends.
- Ability to work and collaborate across teams and functions while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Accounting/GAAP principles including a strong knowledge of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Essbase/Oracle and Tableau experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with managing and analyzing financial data.

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
Location:
- This role requires you to be onsite at our Boca Raton, FL headquarters, three days a week. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
