Position Summary:
Do you have a strong desire to help us grow? This position will support sales and finance teams for a variety of processes including performance reporting of KPIs, ad-hoc analysis, test pilot design/reporting and trend analysis. The information and analytics generated by this position will have a direct impact on results by providing insights that lead to impacting decisions, shaping policies, and generating process improvements to help optimize performance for the inside sales department. This position will require you to work onsite at our Indianapolis or Boca call center.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides information to leadership by gathering, analyzing, and preparing regular reports
Analyze results and provide objective feedback on operational performance
Generated and distribute scorecards and analytics
Deliver presentations and recommendations on key topics
Coordinate data support teams as necessary to review data quality, accuracy, and integrity
Work with functional teams to develop framework and analytics to support business pilots
Analyze trends to assist in setting goals for business units
Gather data from existing data intelligence tools and sources to inform financial analytics to deliver insights to business partners
Coordinate and drive process improvements including report automation by leveraging scripting and Tableau
Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models
Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and consolidation, preferably in a cross-functional corporate environment
Strong analytical skills and experience managing, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data
Proficient working with large data sets
Proficient working in a database environment
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Tableau and SQL experience required

Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in programming, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
Compensation/Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $55,000 – $72,000 and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
