This role is responsible for managing and optimizing strategic programs and sourcing efforts across ADT’s Contingent Labor and Travel spend categories. The Program Manager will help drive visibility, compliance, and value through sourcing, program governance, and supplier performance across these key categories.

As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you are responsible for creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers. You will develop a deep understanding of business requirements and leverage that insight to build, manage, and optimize scalable sourcing and supplier strategies that support ADT’s growth and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage ADT’s strategic sourcing program for Contingent Labor and Travel, including supplier governance, policy compliance, program visibility, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business units to align contingent workforce strategies with evolving talent needs and risk requirements.
  • Lead Travel sourcing efforts in collaboration with internal travel operations, Finance, and external Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to optimize supplier contracts, policy compliance, and traveler satisfaction.
  • Execute strategic sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and award decisions to drive value in both cost and service.
  • Analyze vendor performance data and spend trends to identify opportunities for consolidation, risk mitigation, and operational improvement across both categories.
  • Deliver on supplier relationship and performance management strategies in alignment with ADT’s Strategic Vendor Management team to drive performance KPIs, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Support program communication, change management, and training efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement, adoption of tools and policies, and overall program success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the design, governance, and evolution of key policies for contingent labor and travel programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, human resources, or a related field with at least five years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or program management.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, or business preferred.
  • Advanced certification (e.g., PMP, CPM, CPSM, GTP, CCTE, CRC, CTIE) preferred.
  • Experience managing Contingent Labor and/or Travel sourcing categories required; experience with related systems (VMS, TMCs, GDS platforms) a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation best practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with spend analytics, supplier scorecards, and program dashboards.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership while managing vendor relationships with diplomacy and accountability.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and Concur a plus.
