Job Description: The Health National Accounts Manager (NAM) will be responsible for leading the acquisition efforts for national and large scale partnerships with the ADT Health Business. The ADT Health NAM will evaluate and drive the expansion of ADT Health Division’s Enterprise Business Unit.
The ADT Health NAM will be instrumental in the development of new strategies and specialized sales plans to attract new customer sectors outside of the legacy government Medicaid waiver. Successful candidates will also identify opportunities to lead the expansion of existing strategic partnerships by collaborating across other departments/business units within the company.
Job Duties:
- Identify, approach and secure contracts for enterprise based, (B2B) opportunities across the US.
- Utilizing cross-matrix organizational skills, collaborate, develop, launch, monitor and support ‘go-to-market’ sales programs for the use by our national field organization to create ‘pull-through’ sales success of provider contract opportunities.
- Contribute by identifying future opportunities in the delivery of products and or services that create new revenue opportunities, create significant differentiation/paradigm shifts in market position for the ADT Health
- Contribute as a senior member of the ADT Health team and collaborate with peers to lead business growth.
- Actively participate in the development of new products to help build the ADT Health Division’s Enterprise business.
- In collaboration with ADT Health Sales Management team, contribute and advise in the effective cross-functional integration of ADT Health sales.
Requirements:
- College degree
- Previous capital equipment sales experience
- Previous ‘large ticket,’ (deals above $500,000 USD in value), sales experience.
- Experience working with US Healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in new product introductions, creating value in previously ‘unrealized needs’ of customers.
- Knowledge of the US Healthcare delivery system; it’s past, current and future development trends so that you can contribute to the strategic positioning of the business unit.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience preferred.
- Previous operations management experience a plus
- Sales budgeting and sales funnel forecasting experience
Ability to travel 50-75% travel will consist of both local and overnight.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure
The salary range for this role is $70-75,000 a year and is based on experience and qualifications. Quarterly Commission, Annual Incentive Plan and Auto Allowance. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
