Summary:
As a MuleSoft integration expert, you’ll collaborate across the business to architect scalable integration strategies that align with our corporate goals. You’ll drive integration standards, oversee a mix of internal and external teams, and deliver consumable, cost-effective solutions across both cloud and on-prem environments.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide a high-performing team of engineers in an agile setting, promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth. Your ability to spot emerging trends and translate them into practical, future-ready integration architectures will be key to success.
What You’ll Do:
Define and deliver enterprise integration strategy and architecture
Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy robust integration solutions using MuleSoft
Establish integration standards, governance, and best practices
Manage a team of engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Drive digital transformation through cloud and on-premise integration platforms
