Small Business Strategy and Analytics Intern (Job 3018018)

What You Will Do

As an intern on ADT’s SMB Strategy & Analytics team, you’ll support Field Sales and the National Sales Center by uncovering customer insights, identifying growth opportunities, and improving sales performance. You’ll collaborate across teams and dig deep into data to drive meaningful business outcomes.

• Analyze sales funnel performance, customer behaviors, and operational processes
• Deliver insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Dealer teams
• Explore partnership opportunities with leading SMB vendors
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and support key strategic decisions
• Support business development and cross-functional initiatives with structured analysis

What You Need to Be Successful

• Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program (e.g., MBA, MSBA, M.S. Analytics) with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages
• Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and their practical business applications
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence across teams
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and support organizational change

Compensation & Internship Details

• Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
• Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
• Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
