POSITION SUMMARY
The Resale Sales Manager leads a team of Resale Solutions Advisors, focusing on selling ADT products to resale customers. This role involves managing the sales team to achieve or surpass sales targets. The manager oversees the sale of reactivation services and upgraded products to customers with previously discontinued ADT systems within a designated territory. The primary goal is to enhance resale rates by fostering relationships with inactive accounts and safeguarding a vital growth source while adhering to established quotas and guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a staff of Solutions Advisors who are responsible for selling products within an assigned territory, maintaining assigned sales quota and following established guidelines.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching new Solutions Advisors.
- Implement and administer sales programs in Resale markets to maximize opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to current ADT policies, procedures, products, programs, pricing, techniques, technologies, and services through communication and regular sales meetings.
- Develop Solutions Advisors for advancement and success by appraising and communicating performance and job expectations
- Additional duties as assigned
- You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
- This role may require you to drive to perform job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years proven previous sales/sales supervisory experience.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive.
REQUIRED LICENSING OR CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Valid business selling license in states where required.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
This role includes a base salary of $68,640 plus commission and Auto Allowance. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis based on sales production.
