Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate media briefs and creative development between internal creative teams and media agencies.
  • Own performance media KPIs across channels, providing regular analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable media strategies for agency implementation.
  • Serve as primary tactical contact for media agencies, ensuring alignment with broader strategy.
  • Develop cross-channel reporting dashboards to track and communicate performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI for campaign optimization.
  • Support budget allocation and reallocation based on performance data.
  • Validate agency reporting and reconcile against platform data.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in programmatic, search, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on performance analysis and optimization.
  • Ability to bridge creative development and media execution.
  • Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, Trade Desk) and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of media attribution and measurement methodologies.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and deliverables.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital media, with hands-on experience in programmatic, search, and social.
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance media campaigns and optimizing for KPIs.
  • Experience working with creative teams and media agencies.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience with AI-driven media optimization tools and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and data compliance in digital advertising.
  • Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of emerging media trends and technologies.

Required Licensing or Certifications:

  • None required.

Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit (Continually = 67-100% of workday).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and discussions with senior leadership.
  • Skilled in crafting clear and concise media briefs and performance reports.

Environment Requirements:

  • Hybrid: Remote/home office and occasional in-office presence in Irving, TX.

Travel:

  • Travel occasionally (less than 25%) to HQ and external partner meetings.
