Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical, operations‑focused BI Analyst to support the Virtual Service Center and adjacent operational teams. This role is responsible for financially sensitive reporting (commissions and payroll inputs), complex operational analytics, and automation‑driven process improvement across multiple enterprise systems.

This is not a pure dashboarding role. The successful candidate will own ambiguous datasets, reconcile mismatched systems, define metrics that withstand executive scrutiny, and partner directly with Operations, Payroll, Sales Ops, and Special Operations leaders.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Power Automate
  • Advance SQL
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • SalesForce CPQ/Lightning
  • MasterMind

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hands‑on experience supporting financially sensitive reporting (commissions, payroll inputs, or incentives).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, messy operational datasets.
  • Proven ability to reconcile data across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments with evolving definitions and requirements.
  • High attention to detail with strong validation and quality‑control habits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 plus years of experience in Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, or Data Analysis.
  • Experience supporting contact centers, service operations, or virtual service teams.
  • Salesforce reporting or data model experience (cases, record types, workflows).
  • Exposure to automation, bots, or exception‑based processing.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll or Finance teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority and push back constructively when data is misused.

Required Licensing or Certifications:

  • Ability to comply with certain state licensing requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit (Continually=67-100% of workday).

Communication Skills:

  • Writing, Talking/Hearing on the phone (Continually=67-100% of workday).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

Environment Requirements:

  • Remote/Home office (Continually=67-100% of the workday)

Other:

  • Responsible for complying with company privacy, information security, and data handling policies, including secure handling and protection of PII.

Travel:

  • Occasionally, less than 25%
  • This position is remote; however, please note that onsite meetings may be required for team members who are local to the Boca Raton center.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is to $56,500-104,900, based on experience. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
